Inspired by their ideal, their hero, the late freedom fighter, Bhagat Singh, the Angry Youth Organization NGO helps the poor and needy directly and indirectly with maximum possible potential. Not just in Meerut but the organization is also present in other cities of the country like Agra, Kanpur, Firozabad, Muzaffarpur, Patna, Mumbai and Delhi.
It all started in 2011 when a dejected Mr. Shubham Gupta went from his school directly to the railway station as he had failed in mathematics in board exams and was having extremely negative thoughts. But destiny had other plans. What he saw was homeless people and children struggling for food and shelter. This humbled him and gave him his purpose of life: to help the needy and work for their welfare.
The Angry Youth NGO has taken many initiatives till date to support the needy. Some of the noble work done by them is as follows:
· Food management initiatives towards providing meals and essentials to the unprivileged population during Covid-19 lockdown.
· Awareness programmes regarding ‘Beti Bachao Beti Padhao’ campaign, traffic rules and helmets and serious diseases like AIDS, cancer, diabetes etc.
· Undertaking social programmes including arranging meals for people living on streets
· Organizing yoga programmes for common citizens to inspire them to take care of their body and develop healthy habits
· Animal welfare and wildlife conservation
· Helping underprivileged children to get an education and be able to stand on their own feet in the future
With their hard work, the Angry Youth Organization has made a significant impact in touching the lives of many underprivileged people and continue to do so with their multiple social welfare projects that are directed towards the benefit of one and all.
