Among the well-known Uttar Pradesh festivals, the Lucknow, Taj, and Saifai festivals are frequently noted. These events provide a stage for a variety of talents and nurture their abilities. This list will soon be expanded to include Meerut's name. The Meerut administration is organising the Meerut Mahotsav for the first time in this series. In order to provide them a new identity and chances, the 'Local for Vocal' campaign aims to promote Meerut's industries, local talents, and art.
Bringing together craftspeople, businesspeople, and tourists, the Meerut Mahotsav is a vibrant celebration of the city's arts, culture, and commerce that promotes Meerut on a national and worldwide scale. Meerut Mahotsav is a grand celebration of Art, Culture, and Heritage.
With a contemporary touch, this five-day city festival combines the best aspects of Meerut's rich history, including:
1. An exciting literary and artistic festival with more than 60 distinguished speakers.
2. Thrilling live performances by bands and famous artists.
3. A food court with more than 60 vendors serving both local and international cuisine.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has been invited by the DM to kick off the celebration. According to DM Deepak Meena, no significant event was planned here following the 2006 fire in Victoria. The goal of the Meerut Mahotsav is to showcase the city's developing talent.
