Meerut’s academic landscape is buzzing with excitement as Chaudhary Charan Singh University (CCSU) hosts its much-awaited Dikshotsav 2026, an eight-day cultural and academic festival being organised till June 10 ahead of the university’s 38th Convocation Ceremony.
