Meerut is set to achieve another milestone with the development of Uttar Pradesh's first-ever Jewellery Park. Planned as a world-class integrated facility, the ambitious project is expected to transform the city's jewellery industry by bringing manufacturing, design, retail, research, and skill development together under one roof.
Spread across 36,000 square metres, the upcoming 10-storey Jewellery Park will be developed with an estimated investment of ₹800 crore, creating a modern ecosystem for jewellers, artisans, designers, exporters, and entrepreneurs.
The ambitious project is planned in Vedvyaspuri and will be developed on the lines of internationally renowned jewellery hubs in Dubai and Belgium. Designed as a modern, integrated ecosystem, the park aims to bring every aspect of the jewellery business under one roof—from manufacturing and design to wholesale, retail, and research.
A Complete Jewellery Ecosystem:
The upcoming Jewellery Park will provide a single destination where artisans, jewellery manufacturers, wholesalers, exporters, retailers, and showroom operators can work together within a world-class business environment.
The project is expected to improve efficiency across the jewellery supply chain while creating opportunities for collaboration, innovation, and business growth. It will also strengthen Meerut's position as a key manufacturing and trading hub in North India.
The proposed Jewellery Park will feature a range of modern amenities designed to support businesses and visitors alike. Key facilities include:
A state-of-the-art Common Facility Centre (CFC)
Conference and exhibition halls
A dedicated Jewellery Museum
Banking and financial services
A Bullion Trading Desk
Modern business spaces
A rooftop restaurant
Advanced logistics and support infrastructure
The Jewellery Park is expected to attract significant investment, generate employment, and provide new opportunities for local artisans, skilled workers, designers, and entrepreneurs. By combining manufacturing, research, training, finance, and retail in one integrated campus, the project aims to enhance the competitiveness of the region's jewellery industry in both domestic and international markets.
Once completed, the high-tech Jewellery Park is expected to transform Meerut into one of India's premier jewellery destinations, further strengthening the city's reputation as a major industrial and manufacturing powerhouse.
